FLEX SEAL® LIQUID is a patent pending, proprietary formulation that starts out as a thick liquid and dries to a super strong, flexible, watertight rubberized coating. Make sure all cracks and holes have been completely filled and FLEX SEAL® LIQUID is completely dry before testing product. Flex Seal Liquid reacts with the air to cure. Once containers are exposed to the air a skin will form on the material over time. The skin will be less in winter months but can form within minutes in hot and humid summer conditions. Cured skin that has formed on the top of the material must be removed or it may make the material lumpy. Always cover open containers during and after use.
BRUSH & ROLL
Brush or roll FLEX SEAL® LIQUID using an even sweeping motion. Apply several even coats until the surface has been completely covered and ALL cracks and holes have been filled. Allow FLEX SEAL® LIQUID to dry 24 to 48 hours and apply additional coats as needed. Always brush or roll over a larger area than just where the leak occurred.
Dip object directly into the FLEX SEAL® LIQUID make a slight swirling motion. Once you feel surface has been coated, remove and let any excess drip back into the can. Hang or clip the object in the same vertical position as it came out of the can and let dry. Once FLEX SEAL® LIQUID is fully cured you will have a super strong, no slip, rubberized coating on the surface.
Pour FLEX SEAL® LIQUID directly on the surface allowing gravity to take FLEX SEAL® LIQUID into cracks, holes and hard to reach areas. Continue to pour until the surface has been covered and all cracks and holes have been completely filled.
